General Notes

  • Please settle payments within 3 working days before the payment due date.
  • Receipts will only be issued for cheque payment and payment at cashier office, please keep a copy of the payment slip(s)/ transaction statement(s) for record.
  • All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.
  • Monthly premium is to be settled by autopay through the bank. For policies with an inactive autopay status, please contact your Financial Consultant or call our Customer Service Hotline at (853) 8799 2812 for assistance.
  • Please pay the overdue premium within the grace period of the relevant policy to ensure the continual coverage of your policy. Any payment made subsequently, subject to our acceptance, will only entitle the insured of the policy to be covered after the date of payment subject to specific policy provision and not earlier.
  • Please use the payment methods listed above for premium payment. To safeguard yourself against any potential financial loss, please do not make any premium payment to any third parties by any means, including but not limited to paying cash to your Financial Consultant, depositing money directly to Financial Consultant’s bank account or paying premium to any referrers.
