Tips for paying renewal premiums:
- Please settle payments within 3 working days before the payment due date.
- Customers who have registered for Emma by AXA app / online web portal can also pay by Credit card. You can also make credit card payments in person at our Cashier Office.
- Payments will be settled in MOP.
- All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.
