- Please allow 3 working days for the relevant payments to be processed.
- Please keep the original copy of “ATM Advice” for payment record.
- For the policy with USD currency, please contact your financial consultant for the current exchange rate on payment date.
- All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.

Bill Number:
- Bill number: 10-digit policy number (Please skip the hyphens [-])
Remarks: Please refer to the 10-digit payment number stated on the premium notice.
