Step 2. Select Select Insurance Agency: AXA
Step 3. Select Input Policy Number (10-digit policy number and skip the hyphens(-))
Step 4. Select Payment Currency
Step 5. Input Premium
Step 6. Select Debit Account
Step 7. Click Preview to confirm the payment
